Day one at Maites work!

At the beginning we slowly baked a "tarte aux pommes à l'Alsacienne". A typical regional Apple pie
Can't wait to taste it!
Everything is home made at the restaurant where Maite works. Even the bread. Look at this huge bread dough!
With all this flour I think I'll sneeze...
We try to roll bread balls
That's it! We rolled 250 balls
Look to these breads. They look like cushions...
