This afternoon we were back on the forest to get "ail des ours" (barlauch). So tasty!

As Maite is a cook in a gastronomic restaurant she Will show us How to cook some "ail des ours" tomorrow

A lazy morning

Today Maite (our host) had to wake up early to go to work. So she let us have a lazy morning. Her puppy took care of us.

We discovered that Alsace is the region of hearts.

We helped Maite to begin easter decoration

We had a look to the newly received postcards... Wow so many...

Castle Wangenbourg

Today we were to the castle on Wangenbourg. The castle is 480 meters high. Castle Wangenbourg was built in 13th century out of "Vosges sandstone".

And then we had a long Sunny walk in the forest.

We go for some shopping in a very ancient fruit farm.

Back home!

 Today we arrived safe back home in Stendal after a great trip to Riga!

We brought back some Latvian chocolate, the new Latvian Euro and a small flag! Thanks Inese for being a great host.
